A Bit About Me
Currently based in the South West Georgia, Coach Smith started her running (8 years old) and coaching (at the young age of 17 years old, under her track & field mentor Lupe Sosa) in the Rio Grande Valley, in South Texas. Smith was a 4 sport Varsity athlete and awarded multiple rewards, district, region and state competition appearances. Smith is a multi-All American Junior Olympian, representing South Texas, across the United States. Smith accepted a XC and Track Field Scholarship at Park University, in Parkville, Missouri, where she earned All Region recognitions, National appearances and an NAIA All American. Coach Smith continued coaching with Kansas City Blazers, while in Kansas City and assistant coach at Park University, after graduating from college. Smith also continue to race post collegiate, until relocating to California where Valley Coast Running was formed in 2004. Coach Smith continues to train and race, when life allows, while coaching youth and adults across the United States.

June 12th-July 8th (1st session)
July 10th-15th & July 24th-August 12th (2nd Session)
4 weeksX2 of intense training, focusing on flexibility, speed, strength, nutrition, proper running mechanics and crosscountry education. High School Individuals and teams are welcome. Middle School 7th & 8th graders are case by case.

Personal Training Sessions
I offer Personal Training Sessions year-round for clients of any age and experience level. It’s a great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements during each session.

Group Sessions
This class offers a new and exciting approach to your sports training. I developed my Group Sessions from drills and lessons used by some of the most elite athletes. I know that practice makes perfect, but there is no perfect… so keep practicing with me.
