Offering year-round group classes for clients of any age and experience level. A great opportunity for athletes to boost their performance, with measurable improvements during each session. This class offers new and exciting strength and speed development approach to sports training for youth and adult group conditioning. Crosscountry, track & field, soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, football group speed and strength development sessions are available.

Coach Smith
25 years of running/cross-country/track & field coaching experience, former collegiate cross-country and track & field athlete. Using the knowledge acquired throughout my athletic career to help others achieve their goals, while experiencing the joy of coaching and competing. Specializing on running and jumping technique, while building strength, in order to prevent injuries and reach attainable goals.
My passion for coaching runs deep. There are no words to explain why I run, why I train, why I love being on a track, or why coaching youth and seasoned adults gets me fired up. I continue to train as a runner today and coach distances such as 5k, 10k, 12k, half marathons, marathons, ultras, track & field jumpers (long, jump, high jump, triple jump), sprints, middle distance, and distance runners. You can also find me developing youth in soccer, baseball, softball, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, football and swimming.
