1 hour session with coach working on specific areas of development, specific to sport, including baseball, basketball, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse and track & field. Each session is a building block for the next level of training. Areas of focus: proper running technique, critique of body movement in strength work, muscle group developement, flexibility and maintenance of training via google doc training logs.
